Neb. teen mom asks for help, but lawmakers want to say “No”

A 16-year-old mother of a 10-month-old baby asked a hospital for help because the mother has been abused and kicked out of the house. She is using the Nebraska safe-haven law that lawmakers are going to overturn even though the program is helping to reduce child abuse.
