My computer was stolen. My health is grave. Without more support, I will die.
On 1 November 2015 in Oaxaca, Mexico, my backpack with everything I own, was stolen. The only things I have left are the clothes I was wearing and the things that were in my pockets. I need help getting back on my feet.
I went to pharmacies in Guatemala looking for venlafaxine (Effexor). I was not able to find this useful medicine but what I did find was surprising.
I made this list to keep track of the things I consume and need to restock. I will often be in places that it might be hard to buy some of these things, so I keep this list in my notebook and check it from time-to-time to make sure I have enough supplies.
