A nice anecdote about making the pie bigger–helping the middle class–vs. tax cuts for the rich, or “trickle-down economics.”

Nebraska allows guardians to leave children at any hospital without facing abandonment charges. Many have criticized it, but this story proves that it is working. A woman, who prosecutors say has neglected her child, left the child in Nebraska instead of continuing the neglect.
