I have some money in my Dwolla account that I cannot access. If someone helps me transfer it to my PayPal account, then I can use it. So, if you have a Dwolla account, I would send you the money, you would transfer it to your bank, then transfer it to your PayPal, then transfer it to my PayPal. If done with transfers, there should not be any fees, but it does take about a week for everything to clear. Please email me if you can help.
