The Bush administration stated in May that eight of the prisoners at Guantanamo Bay were under 18 years old. They now admit that at least 12 prisoners were under age. Navy Cmdr. Jeffrey Gordon tried to explain that it is hard to know how old people are but did not state that the Navy discovered four new prisoners in the last six months. Although they will not admit it–they lied in May.
