Lawsuit seeks to bankrupt the Ku Klux Klan

Two Klan members allegedly attacked an American because he had brown skin. A lawsuit brought by the victim and funded by the Southern Poverty Law Center is suing the Klan for inciting the violence.

Who is involved? The Southern Poverty Law Center is a civil rights organization that uses law to fight racism and intolerance. Jordan Gruver is the victim. The defendants are “Imperial Wizard” Ron Edwards (pictured) and “Grand Titan” Jarred R. Hensley.
