FDA invents “safe” guidelines for melamine

The US FDA original said it did not have enough data to determine a safe level of melamine in foods, especially baby foods and formula. But when some US products tested positive for melamine, the FDA suddenly announced safe levels for consumption. The agency does not have any data to support their claims, but they made the announcement anyway. While the FDA is concocting “safe” levels without data, the US Supreme Court will soon take away your right to sue companies that create unsafe products if those products meet the “safe” standards of the FDA.
