Two wealthy brothers tried to bully the small island of Sark into electing their candidates. When Sark rejected seven out of nine of the brothers’s candidates and instead elected nine of the twelve axis of evil candidates, the two rich men closed their businesses in Sark: laying off one-sixth of the island’s citizens from work. This type of extortion and revenge from the wealthy is common, but it is rarely so easy to spot.
